Event Rules:
Cancellation Policy: Refund policy: With a minimum of one week's notice of cancellation, MAWS will refund registration fee less a $25 administrative fee by check within 45 days of cancellation. With notice 3 to 6 days prior to event, registration fee less $25 administrative fee in addition to the cost of catering ($25.00), will be refunded by check within 45 days of cancellation. Generally, there are no refunds after Tuesday, November 19th, except in the case of extenuating circumstances (including births-but must contact Lynn day of the conference by email or phone at 206-915-7723). Registrations, however, may be transferred to another individual. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Your  lunch (as well as breakfast and snacks) is included in full conference registration IN ADVANCE. A limited number of lunches will be available at the  door. To ensure a lunch is available for you, please RSVP if you must register at the door.

IMPORTANT!  MAWS MEMBERS, TO GET THE MEMBER PRICE:
Be sure to login to your member account where it says "Club Member? Login to Register" on the registration page in order to get the member price.

Advance registration is strongly encouraged. If you call the morning of the conference due to a birth, you will be eligible for a refund less the administrative fee and catering cost as noted in the Refund Policy above.


If you must wait to register at the door due to being on-call, please register as "RSVP-Brkfast/Lunch/Snack" from the drop-down to help offset the cost of the catering reserved for you, and this fee will be deducted when you register at the door. Availability of lunch for day-of registrations is not guaranteed.
