The Washington State Affiliate of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and the Midwives’ Association of Washington State would like to invite you to support midwifery in Washington State by joining us as a sponsor of the fifth annual Miles for Midwives Fun Run/Walk. Miles for Midwives is being held this year on Sunday, October 21st at beautiful Lincoln Park in West Seattle from 10 am to noon with registration opening at 8 am and children's Lollipop Run at 9:45. Our family-friendly course consists of a maintained walking trail through Lincoln Park through woods and along Puget Sound. We expect our best turn out this year with a goal of 300 participants!
This year, Event Sponsorships and Supporting Sponsorships include one free registration to the event.

Miles for Midwives takes place every autumn to raise awareness around the benefits of midwifery and the important work of Washington midwives! Partnerships with and support from organizations such as yours help to ensure that families in Washington State have greater access to quality women’s healthcare and the lower healthcare costs associated with utilization of midwives.
The deadline for registration to host a table is October 12, 2012 (but you need to meet the tote deadline to be on the tote). For a Tote Bag listing, the deadline has been extended to 5 pm, Thursday, October 11, 2012. The earlier you register, the greater your online exposure! Thank you for your support.
